Loyalty Card Program

for Remedial Massage & Myotherapy

Present your loyalty card at payment, and we’ll stamp and record the value of your session. After 5 sessions, 5% of the accumulated value on the card will be allocated as credit.

*This card is only valid for Myotherapy and Remedial Massage sessions.

How do I join?

  • To join, collect your loyalty card at the reception desk. It can be used immediately.

How do I earn credit?

  • You must present your loyalty card at reception to receive a stamp. 
  • By presenting your loyalty card at payment, we will stamp and record the value of your session. After 5 sessions, 5% of the accumulated value on the card will be allocated as credit. 
  • This card is only valid for Myotherapy and Remedial Massage. 
  • One card cannot be shared between clients.

How do I redeem my credit?

  • The credit can only be used for Myotherapy and Remedial Massage sessions. It cannot be used towards any other therapies including physiotherapy or combined sessions.
  • The credit cannot be accumulated over several cards and must be used at the next booked appointment. You must redeem within 2 months of your last visit.
  • The credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • You cannot sell or transfer your credit to anyone.

What if I lose my loyalty card?

  • If your loyalty card has been lost or stolen, you must notify us via email at [email protected] or by calling us on 07 3190 9747.
  • You can ask for a replacement card at the clinic and request that your credit balance be transferred to your replacement card.

What else I need to know?

  • We reserve the right to terminate the validity of your loyalty card if you do not earn any credit within 12 months of the last visit, redeem any credit within 2 months of the last visit or if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with the conditions.
  • We may discontinue the loyalty program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do, we will email or post an update on our website.
